This part of the Family came to the United States in 1951 from Amsterdam, Netherlands. My parents, Miep and John Theuns, came to start a new life and along the way added to our family. Carrie, Beverly and Audrey were born into the family when we lived in Detroit.

This is the way our house looked just before Christmas 2004. A major ice storm came through on the 22nd and coated everything, but it looked great in the neighborhood. Just made it difficult to get around.
